Flash was rescued from illegal traffickers overseas where dogs from animal testing laboratories and underground dealers and breeders often end up.

Beagle Freedom Project brought Flash to the US to get him expert medical care and find him a loving home to call his own.

Flash is now in a loving foster home and his foster tells us he is sweet and cuddly and very loving and playful and FUN!
