Beagle Freedom Project (“BFP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for the web-user (“you”). Our Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our website.

OUR POLICY
This Policy covers our treatment of “Personal Information” and “Non-Personal Information” that may be collected or submitted when you are using our website. This Policy does not apply to companies that BFP does not own or control, or to individuals that are not under our supervisory control.

PRIVACY & SECURITY PROVISIONS FOR DONORS
Beagle Freedom Project respects and protects your privacy and will never share or sell your personal information to other individuals or companies, or anyone else, nor will Beagle Freedom Project send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. This applies to online transactions, physical donations and any other donations made, including checks, cash and any other currency and information provided via any means.

The information that you provide is used only to complete your donation, provide you with a donation receipt or, upon request, provide you with a donation history.

INFORMATION COLLECTED BY TECHNOLOGY
When you visit our website, your IP address maybe collected. Your IP information allows us to understand how you use our website and to enable us to make changes to our website in order to improve your experience. In an effort to improve the quality of our website, information regarding your device (such as computer, smartphone, and tablet), your connection to our website (such as your browser type, operating system, and platform) and your user history (including, but not limited to, your session information, usage data, the time and date of access, general demographic information, referring/exit URLs, page errors, and the length of your visits to specific pages within our website), and other information that does not personally identify you, may also be collected.

OUR USE OF COOKIES

HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION

YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You have the right at any time to prevent us from contacting you. When we send an eBlast to a user, the user can opt out of further communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each e-mail. BFP reserves the right to change this Policy at any time.
