Nutmeg the American Bulldog couldn’t be a sweeter girl. She has excellent leash manners, is as smart as a whip, and loves to cuddle with her foster paw-rents. When we saw her adorable video on @beaglefreedom‘s TikTok account, we could hardly believe that she was recently rescued from unimaginable horror.

This poor pup was one of many who had tumors implanted in their bodies as part of laboratory testing. She didn’t know love for her first two years of life, but she’ll never have to worry about that again.

Isn’t she darling? She’s such a sweet, silly girl in her foster home–just imagine how much more she’ll come out of her shell in a forever home!

“All fingers crossed for her!” wrote commenter @theministryofgoodtaste. Exactly! Now that Nutmeg is officially on the hunt for her perfect family, her fans and viewers are sending over all the love they can muster. They’re even leaving random comments to help boost this video of her in TikTok’s algorithm! Surely, someone is going to see the clip and realize they can’t live without her.

@Notsomessymissy said, “what a beautiful girl,” and we couldn’t agree more. The speckles on her fur are oh-so-cute! And that tail? It seems like it’s always wagging!

As @beaglefreedom explained in the video’s description, “If Nutmeg was a care bear, she would be called Love-a-lot Bear because she has an infinite amount of love to give to her favorite humans.” Aww! We can tell this professional cuddler will love to be the apple of her owner’s eye–she just needs to find them first!
