Real change happens when we come together around a simple, unwavering truth: no animal belongs in a laboratory.

Thanks to an extraordinary partnership between Beagle Freedom Project and the National Anti-Vivisection Society (NAVS), seven animals who were once trapped inside an experimental research facility are now free!

And you can take a behind-the-scenes look at their inspiring and adorable rescue story!

The Beagle Freedom Project team was delighted and deeply honored to work alongside NAVS in bringing these survivors into a new, joyous chapter of freedom. We’re equally grateful to you—for caring, for bearing witness, and for standing with us as we create a world without animal testing.

Seven Survivors

For decades, NAVS has been a powerful force in the movement to end animal testing: advocating tirelessly for ethical, human-relevant science, and championing the work of fellow activists. Because of NAVS’ steadfast support, our featured survivors; Teddy, Stanley, Percy, Darlene, Monty, Cider, and Taffy are now free and thriving at BFP’s sanctuary, rehabilitation, and education center, Freedom Fields!

This rescue mission’s story offers a rare look at what it truly takes to free animals from laboratories and carry them to safety — and what becomes possible when advocates come together and refuse to accept cruelty as the status quo.

Through partnership, compassion, and a shared purpose, we can fight to save lives — until every cage is empty.
