May was rescued as a stray in South Korea. When they found her, she was fully pregnant and soon to give birth to her puppies. She was found just in time because shortly after she was rescued, she did give birth. May had amazing maternal instincts because not only did she breast feed her puppies, but she ended up breast feeding other abandoned puppies as well. read more

We aren't sure how anyone would place her in that type of situation because Freddie is the sweetest girl you will ever meet. A paralyzed beagle who dragged herself out of a trash heap in Floyd County had a secret that might have given her even more of a reason to fight for her life. She was going to have puppies. Dixie Rose was found crawling away from a dump near Martin back in December, according to the Rescue Freedom Project.
